Allen Strzelczyk PT, DPT, Cert-CMFA, FDN1
Allen Strzelczyk received a degree in exercise science from West Virginia University and later his Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. His philosophy as a clinician emphasizes empowering clients through education and navigating the hurdles that accompany pain and injury. As a result, he recognizes the importance of cultivating relationships with clients, promoting a strong mind-body connection, and providing support for individuals to return to meaningful activities. Allen strongly believes that optimizing movement and strength is a key part of preventative medicine which includes reducing risk of injury and improving quality of life.
In his personal life, Allen enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs in the mountains whether he is hiking, backpacking, trail running, or skiing. He also loves learning about various cultures through travel, reading to expand the mind, listening to music to move the soul, and practicing mindfulness to remain in the present.
Allen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and is certified in dry needling (FDN1) and clinical management of the fitness athlete (Cert-CMFA). He specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation as well as treatment of cervicogenic headaches. Specialized services include dry needling, manipulation, return to sport evaluation, and functional movement/lift screening.
